Facade Cleaning Services in Dubai, UAE

Rope Access & High-Rise Facade Cleaning for the UAE’s Toughest Buildings

A building’s exterior takes a beating in Dubai’s climate. Sand, humidity, and traffic pollution build up on glass and stone faster than most owners expect. SPME handles facade cleaning services for towers, hotels, and retail centres across Dubai, sending IRATA-certified technicians up on rope access rather than relying on scaffolding or cradles that aren’t always practical on every elevation.

From glass curtain walls to stone-clad lobby entrances and aluminium composite panel systems, we offer facade cleaning in Dubai that is planned around the specific material and height of your building, not a one-size-fits-all checklist. We’re one of the names contractors and facilities teams call when they need facade cleaning services Dubai buildings can pass inspection on.

What Our Facade Cleaning Services Cover

Every building's facade is a bit different, so the scope of work changes from site to site. Here's roughly how we break it down:

Why Building Owners Choose SPME

We’ve been doing this for over a decade. Our technicians carry IRATA and ISO certification, not because it looks good on a brochure, but because working at height on a 40-storey tower isn’t something you want a shortcut on. Every facade cleaning job is quoted with insurance in place, and we walk the site with you beforehand, rather than sending a quote based on a photo. If something about your facade needs a non-standard approach, like an unusual cladding material, a listed building, a site with limited roof access, we’ll tell you that upfront instead of promising a generic fix.

How a Facade Cleaning Project Actually Runs

First, someone from our team walks the building to determine height, material, access points, and anything unusual about the site. From there, we put together a method statement and a quote specific to that survey, not a template.

Once approved, the rope access or equipment team is scheduled in, usually working early morning or overnight for occupied buildings to keep disruption low. After the cleaning, we do a walk-round check against the original scope before signing off, so you’re not the one spotting missed sections.

Where We Work

Most of our facade cleaning work is in Dubai, but we also take on projects in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah. Travel and access logistics get factored into the quote for anything outside Dubai.

Frequently Asked Questions ?

What actually counts as facade cleaning?

It’s the cleaning of a building’s exterior surfaces, including glass, stone, metal cladding, render, to remove dirt, staining, and pollution buildup that accumulates over time. Left long enough, that buildup can also mask early signs of sealant failure or surface damage.

Dubai is where most of our facade cleaning work happens, but we also take on projects in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and RAK.

Both. Technicians hold IRATA rope access certification, and we operate to ISO standards. Every job is covered by insurance before work starts.

Yes, stone and ACM panels get a different cleaning approach than glass. We check the material first rather than using one chemical mix across the whole building.

It depends on the building’s exposure. A tower near the coast or a construction zone will need attention more often than one tucked away from traffic and dust. Most commercial buildings in the UAE land somewhere between every 3 and 6 months.

Fill out the form on our site or call us directly. We’ll arrange a site walk and quote from there rather than pricing off a photo.
