At SPME Cleaning, we are committed to providing high-quality chandelier cleaning and rope access services in the UAE. Our refund and return policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and service rescheduling are handled.

2. Service Cancellation and Refunds

• Customers may cancel a service appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled service.

3. Service Dissatisfaction and Rework

• If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
• We will offer a free rework of the service if the dissatisfaction is due to quality issues and is verified by our team.
• Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved through rework and is attributable to our team’s fault.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment processors.

5. No Refunds for Completed Services

• Once a service has been fully rendered and accepted by the customer, no refunds will be issued.
• If the service was not completed due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

6. Rescheduling Policy

• Customers may request to reschedule a service at least 24 hours in advance without any additional charges.
• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a service fee of 20% of the total service cost.
